    I love your idea about photographing the food of the world. Try holding your camera steady. Hold your breath or use a tripod.

    When you hit your country limit within California, how about going directly to those countries to compare? You seemed to be impressed by the Brazilian churrascaria so why not start there…where I live as an American expat in Brazil! I’d be willing to bet you could get all kinds of sponsors and hosts around the world for you to visit them and taste their cuisines in person. Bon appetite!
